A unique boutique hotel with 5 star level. Warm welcome service with quick check in. Amenities all with environmental free material. Located in a row of shop lots in a commercial zone. A lot of eateries within walking distance. I like the quietness in a room.

The look of the hotel from the outside is so misleading. We passed by the hotel before check in and did not have good vibes about it. But once we entered it was like in a different place altogether! The ambience and feel is so elegant and beautiful. The way to the rooms are like secret entrance to another realm! So cool! The room is so welcoming and gorgeous. Loved our stay and wished that we were there longer!

Good location to shopping centres and the waterfront! 24hrs Convenience Stores available next to hotel. Near to Sutera Harbour for island hopping.
Breakfast variety is different daily.

Beautifully decorated hotel just a walking distance away from IMAGO shopping mall and minutes away from KK Night City Market. Room was spacious, clean and well-decorated. Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff for the hospitality!

The room is very nice. The lobby is nice. The only one thing is if you want to away from lift, suggest to book for the grass room type.

Excellent service to the top. Staff are friendly and smiley. All of our request was met. Kudos to the staffs to accommodate us as much as possible. Polite and humble. Keep up the great customer service, Luma!!

We had such a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. It is super comfortable, very well located with good amenities around, and the staff were all very friendly. The design is modern, and yet spacious enough for our family of 4, including 2 young teens. We didn’t really feel like leaving the place. Highly recommended!
