Very nice and clean environment!
My vacation was to celebrate my anniversary, and I mentioned it in my booking remarks. I honestly didn’t expect any special arrangement or surprise from the hotel, but they went above and beyond! Every staff member knew it was our anniversary and wished us warmly — from the Sky Bar to the dining area and even room service. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated. Excellent service and hospitality

Everything was excellent - huge room, cleanliness, amenities, facilities, location, service, breakfast. Could see Mount Kinabalu peak from our hill view room on level 18. We will be back here to stay on our next trip to Sabah! 😊

不愧是凱悦尚翠，進入酒店工作人員很熱情，特別是行李部的那個男生，不僅幫忙拿行李寄存行李，在13點還告訴我們可以辦理入住（正常入住時間是15點），。酒店位於市中心，對面就是大商場，周邊有Fool yuen，新峯肉骨茶，很多可以供中國人吃的餐館，還有沙巴手信店。早餐豐富，品種多，特別喜歡早上在用餐時看到海邊的和乾淨的藍天。打車去丹絨里亞路高峯期要35人民幣，因為交通擁擠，但是也方便，還可以打卡文化牆。來亞庇這家酒店還會再選擇

酒店很新，地理位置很好，對門就是曙光廣場，吃飯買東西超級方便，斜對面是免税店，免税店隔壁就是碼頭，跳島遊都要去這個碼頭，走過去5分鐘，很方便！沒有中文服務，申請會員，樓上餐廳可以打折！最美落日可以去樓上餐廳邊吃飯邊欣賞！還可提前預訂座位，酒店去加雅街步行10分鐘！
