Beautiful location, spacious rooms with large balcony looking out over the sea. Apartment is right next to the ocean with access to a private beach including providing lounger's and umbrellas. Also very reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend

Apartment with side view of the Bay of Kotor, air conditioning and parking. The beach is close to the apartment, just cross the street. Deckchairs and kayaks are available. The apartment complex is set in a beautiful garden full of pomegranates, fig trees and other plants. The owner is available on site, very nice. Possibility to pay by card.

Very nice and tastefully arranged apartment. The terrace in front of the adorable. The view of Boka is an unforgettable experience.The hosts are friendly and hospitable. They thought of everything. Arranged beach, sunbeds, umbrellas, shade.I have no complaints and of course we will come again. I love Boka and now I have found the right accommodation.In a word, I am very satisfied.Thank you for everything

The apartment was very nice and cozy. Although we have stayed there just for one night, we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and well-equipped room. Everything was very clean. There was everything one needs to enjoy a vacation.

PROS: Room was very clean Lots of parking Great beach access Nicely decorated Comfortable bed Studio was good size for couple (sitting area sofa, arm chair, dining table and four chairs) Owner friendly Good location for exploring Immediate beach access CONS: A few construction points Patio furniture could use an upgrade Very poor water pressure Wifi - slow and very poor Poorly stocked kitchen (only 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3mugs etc - hard to prepare even the simplest of breakfasts Better coffee option - french press Consider having on hand - Salt pepper, sugar coffee sachets Second roll of toilet roll What was advertised in the listing was not there: Coffee maker Washing machine BBQ not there as advertised When we booked, ******* listed the city tax was €1 per person per day (which is line with the information at the border crossing). On the day we left, the owner informed us that the city tax was €1.50 per person per day. We paid it with some skepticism and later followed up the border and *******. We were told that in fact the city tax is €1 per person per day. We messaged the owner (who has not responded) and raised this issue with *******. It is not a huge amount but is consumer fraud - beware

Very welcoming host. Very big and nice apartment with a huge balcony with view on the bay. Private parking with plenty of spots. Pay attention when going up to the parking with low cars as it is very steep. The property has their own beach/ponton just 1 minute walk away. The host sometimes offers to cook, we had bbq’ed fish, a huge plate for 2 people. It was very good and price very fair. Location is a little far out of Kotor, approximately 30 minutes to go to Kotor old town. Internet was quite good.

The water view from this property was incredible. The apartment was very dated and didn’t have many amenities. The shower door was broken but we only stayed for a night and left early the next day so didn’t bother us much. A coffee maker of some sorts would have been appreciated.

I loved the studio and the big balcony that came along with it, the nature and the sounds surrounding it, the closeness of the beach and of course the lovely hosts who went beyond and above to help me with everything since I came alone with a baby without a car. The fish that Mladen catches on the beach every afternoon and prepares for dinner was a must, super yummy. The only thing yet to be worked on are the mosquito nets on the windows since there are a lot of mosquitos. So bring something that works for you. Other than that I would definitely come back next time, good value for money and friendly hosts!

everything was perfect. from rooms, to the beach itself. i would recommend it to anyone. the beach area is cleaned every morning. the people are very nice. one of my best experiences in Boka Kotorska Bay, and i have been there for almost 20 years now :) ＜3
