Basically it's good, the room is big, the location is convenient, and the service is OK. But some of the facilities in the room are a bit old, and don't let the hotel call a taxi because the charge is more than twice the normal price.

The room was shabby and damp. The front desk helped me contact a taxi to the airport. They charged me 40 euros, gave 20 euros to the taxi driver, and kept 20 euros for themselves. They didn't issue a receipt either. It was obviously a rip-off.

The room is quite big. Bring a balcony. Just no kettle. Everything else is pretty good. The front desk service attitude is also good. recommend.

フロントのスタッフも感じがよかったです。
建物は古めですが、問題はなかったです。

Great location! Waking discussing to old town. Across the street are the boat tours. The hotel is clean and the staff are really helpful. Each one of the receptionists went out of their way to answer our questions, make recommendations, and make life easier. Great, great hotel!

Lovely all round hotel, great location to the Old Town, restaurants / shops and bus station with taxis. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent range of facilities in the rooms which were clean and well maintained with stylish modern decor and balcony overlooking the mountains.

The location is very central, within walking distance to Old Town. You can easily park your car on the street in front of the property. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would describe the breakfast as average. It’s a place I would consider staying at again if I return.
