Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel & Spa

Very excellent service from UDS team, Sandeep the supervisor did a good job. They take care of every customer. I love to visit the UDS again when I come to kovalam. Hospitality is excellent, with one call you get the request full filled. Excellent customer care.

Room is very good, neat and clean. I have enjoyed a lot here, very nice view, nice food. And the behaviour of Sanjay Barmam is so nice, he decorated our room very beautiful. I will suggest my friends to come here and enjoy the beauty of Kerala from here.

It was a pleasant stay at Uday leisure samudra resort. The team no the team knows how to take care of their guest and give the best treatment which is phenomenal. Special thanks to Mr Akhil and Mr Raj for giving us special treatment on my son's birthday and creating a monkey from towel which was very very beautiful. Thanks team UDS.

I had stayed there for 3nights . Beautiful property just in front of ocean with having beach access. Nice ambience, well behaved and friendly staff. They have three well maintained swimming pools, 24hrs in-room dining, and a few restaurants , bar etc. About Stay - I had a booking for ocean view room. The room I got was in corner . It was a very big & nice room with all modern facilities and amenities but the balcony and window were in extreme corner so you can see the Ocean, only if you go to the balcony . Also because of these the room doesn’t get day light so you need to switch on the light during day time. I didn’t like this partial ocean view room which is dark at day time & asked them for room change in middle as I had observed middle rooms are better then corner one . Next day they shifted me to 3rd floor again corner room but another side as they was saying all middle rooms are occupied. The good part they had shown me the room before shifting and I was ok with it , at list day light is coming & ocean view is little better than previous one. They decorated the room very nicely in the evening. But the problem was that the AC at late night water started dripping and the floor was slippery . About food: Food was really great in all buffet b/f lunch and dinner with lots of options north India, Chinese, Kerala flavour , continental both veg/non veg . Specially I enjoyed lunch buffet very much as there was kerala flavour section separately & which was amazing. Drawback: There were some events going on in the hotel, so it very noisy at times. Specially in reception & lobby area loud speaker sound for a corporate event was really irritating. ***agement should take care of this. They should provide sound proof banquet hall for such event’s so that the other guests doesn’t face any problem.

The view towards the beach is superb. Swimming pools are ***aged extremely well. Food is delicious. All in all must place for traveller's. House keeping staff Bhima and Cyril Murmu Supervisor Housekeeping are nice and helpful. Great atmosphere all in all.

Very good service and hotel also....it is five star property this hotel have three pools two masaage center and play area...and gym center also and coffe shop very good and testy food three restaurant are here very good staff service and location is too good

We had a wonderful experience staying at Uday Samudra. Initially I was a little worried based on some reviews I had seen online after booking the hotel, but after checking in all my worries were gone as the place is really a great place, we had booked an Attrium room type. They also have a pure vegetarian restaurant in house named Swastha which was a cherry on the cake as the food was great. We were served by Prajeesh who was also smiling and provided great service everytime we visited the restaurant. Our overall experience was great and we would recommend this place to others visiting Kovalam.

All Facility in hotel are very good..staying experience is awesome Staff members are well ***nered and supportive Rooms are very clean and ***aged Floor supervisor Mr. Sandeep is very helpful. Food was good. Sea view in morning is unbelievable
