The hotel staff were tremendous and a definite asset. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning yoga sessions we attended with Sasha, who ensured an inclusive session for all levels. In a lovely setting and away from it all but you will need to taxi, or use shuttle to get anywhere. There is a small bar just outside hotel - left as you exit - ran by a couple of local brothers. It’s worth a visit definitely. I get it’s an Eco Hotel and independent but many of the hotel facilities are not what you would expect of a 5 star: gym is very rudimentary and some of kit, not in great nick; the rooms - we had a swim up suite - were quite dated furniture-wise and showing signs of extended wear and tear for instance The wi-fi for us was non-existent in room, and very hit and miss (mostly miss) in and around pool area. I’d imagine this might be a big issue for young families… The breakfast was fine, as was the rooftop bar food. In summary a pleasant enough stay, but not sure it was value for money at the price, and not comparable really to hotels we’d stayed at beforehand and since on this trip. I’d say a four star at best…

The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. Only thing is that the sound proofing within the room isn’t great. Being woken up at 4am because people banging on doors and shouting. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it could be improved with better sounding proofing. Apart from that the service is good, food is excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfast again is excellent.

Awesome place. Stunning views from the hotel terrace. The rooms are genuinely spacious and offer convenient pool access. Parking available. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of food. Krabi is a truly beautiful region of Thailand.

I booked the Spa Suite. The room was spacious and pleasant. The bathtub in the middle of the room was a unique feature. The hotel is quietly situated with beautiful mountain views. There's a lovely swimming pool.

First off, this resort is a complete misrepresentation; the reality doesn't match the photos at all. It claims to be 5-star, but it's truly only on par with a domestic All Seasons hotel in terms of quality. There are very few swimming pools, and under a sun umbrella, I even discovered a huge ant nest, which completely freaked me out. The hotel seriously needs to deal with this. However, for its price point, it's somewhat acceptable. The rooms are pretty standard. When it comes to dining, it's certainly not good value for money, though the food quality itself is decent. My package included three meals; I skipped breakfast but tried both lunch and dinner. Drinks, however, are an extra charge, and a 7% service fee is added, even if you just order a bottle of water. I'd suggest it be reclassified as a 3-star hotel – it truly lacks the service, standards, and overall ambiance of even an All Seasons property. Furthermore, its location is quite remote, so you're forced to either call a taxi or rely on the hotel's hourly shuttle service.

The hotel is very clean and located near the beach. Although it's quite far to walk, there is a shuttle bus for you to and fro Ao Nang Beach. Staff is also very friendly. They let us to use the spa room to shower and change up after we check out

We really liked this hotel, the staff were lovely, pool was nice and had a pool bar, and happy hour at 4. Roof top bar was nice too and I enjoyed the yoga on Mon, Wed, Fri but make sure to put insect repellent on. The hotel is more suited to couples than families. We stayed in a families and friends room and the other rooms seemed better. The top bunk bed was so hard my children couldn’t sleep but they just slept on the bottom mattresses which were good. The walls were thin and unfortunately our neighbours child cried A LOT (not the hotels fault obviously!) and the toilet door touched your knees if you are taller than 170cm, which I am. The room was otherwise well designed and excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good, nice breads and jams and egg station and we really liked the brownies. It’s a little out of Ao Nang which I liked and the almost hourly shuttle made this easy to deal with but may not suit some. Grab only cost about 100B each way. The small jungle restaurant next door was a lovely family run place If ever you don’t want to go into Ao Nang. We really enjoyed the 7 islands tour and preferred the pace of Ao Nang to Phuket. It felt a lot more relaxed. This is a pleasant boutique style hotel with nice staff and mostly younger European couples. It is not luxe but very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
