Beautiful hotel, inexpensive price Lovely staff, good service, delicious food, and there are promotions in some months. Recommend calling to inquire so you don't miss the opportunity. If you have a chance, go and recommend it. If I go to Railay again, I will stay here.

Friendly establishment with lots of vegetation with the restaurant and reception side having a beautiful decoration. Large room with a large balcony with sofa overlooking the swimming pool or with direct access if you are staying on the ground floor. Very correct equipment for an establishment of this category. Decent breakfast. Basic Thai and European catering but correct. Having spent several stays there during the covid period establishment to recommend. Staff very attentive and available. Very attractive covid price. We also stayed in a villa/room, this one was of a much higher standard with very careful decoration and was superiorly equipped with a very pretty bathtub. The only downsides of this establishment are the swimming pool embedded between the 2 buildings and very often in the shade with very little possibility of finding a deckchair because very little surface area available around it or perhaps the advantage of having a room with direct access to the swimming pool because you then benefit from the sofa on your terrace by against this fact even less privacy than a room upstairs because the 2 buildings facing each other only allow it moderately. The other downside is the location on the bad side of Railey: the beach and swimming in front or near the hotel are unusable but the superb and heavenly beaches of Railey are only 5 and 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Despite everything, we will return there with pleasure

Quiet hotel in a good location but rooms are dark and breakfast choose is very limited. Came down at 10am and there was no breakfast left, staff seem to be lazy without topping the breakfast up. For the price is was ok but wouldn’t rush back here

Hotel is really nicelly incorporated in jungle surroundings, rooms are big and comfy, breakfast is great (omellet bar), big selection of drinks. Hotel has nice terrace with wiev to mangroves where we have attended movie night. Staff of hotel is 5*

Beautiful rooms. We loved our swimout room and enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The room was huge and very comfortable. The waterfall shower is amazing. Location was 5 mins walk from West Railay beach and close to lots of restaurants on the east side. The breakfast included is delicious - lots of options for everyone. They have live music in the restaurant at night, we didn’t eat there but enjoyed a drink. We bought a few drinks for the pool from the mini mart next door - 70 baht for a beer and kept cold in the mini fridge in the room! Be careful of the moneys - they show up in the afternoon looking for food. They were not aggressive but also weren’t scared of humans. We went into the pool while they did their lap and made sure we didn’t leave anything out and kept door closed. We also noticed they don’t stick around your room if you leave the blinds shut.

Perfect location with exceptional ambience and lots of amenities. Stuff members were kind and always-smiling. The food was great! The rooms were spacious, cozy and clean. Night live music performances and free water station on-site. Watch out for the monkey clan(although hotel stuff can deal with them quickly)!

Clean and good Value. Great view with mountain.Hotel eco friendly because they wouldn't give you water bottom but they give you a good Thermal glass and you can refill water when ever you want. I love it!!!! , hotel is quite far from pier ~120metres if you have a big luggage , it might be difficult for you.

Our 3rd stay at avatar and my favourite personally . We stayed last jan and was v quiet (due to covid) as whole of railay was , we saw plenty of macaques back then but this year was madness as they’ve certainly taken over . We stayed in pool access room and had visitors every day , was hilarious and kept us entertained for hours! I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s not every day u experience these fascinating animals at close hand . The rooms are great and staff so helpful . And swimming with monkeys is included in the reasonable price which includes pretty good breakfast . Highly recommend if of course u like monkeys🤣🤣

THE RESTAURANT was absolutely shocking, I might as well have made my own pizza with a pitta base…. The chips were undercooked and the pizza was absoltley disgusting. I had the chicken and basil “chef recommended” and the chicken was incredibly spicy (not stated) and a complete dissapointment. A thin crispy base (might as well have been a tortilla chip) and the tomato sauce was lumpy, and more like bolognaise…. DEFINENTLY NOT “fine” CUISINE AS STATED!!!
