A little jewel. Rented 2 bungalows for 10 days for family. Enjoyed staying there, clean, comfortable and far enough away from Main Street to avoid most of the noise from the bars. Family that owned property were hospitable, friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend

I can only recommend Anawin Bungalows. The surroundings where so cozy and you get the real jungle vibes, even though it’s placed so central. We ended up extending our stay, but were only able to extend it for one night because of fully booked. The owner was the sweetest and helped us find another place for the last night with pool and everything to the same price as at Anawin, because of a discount he could give us. He helped us with our luggage to the new place and made sure we loved the new place, before leaving us. Else they helped us with cheap laundry and scooters, and booking our further travel to Koh Phangan.

Next to the bungalows, the owner runs an agency to offer excursions. We had a very bad experience with Ishmael. He promised us benefits and did not keep his commitments… See he made fun of us… Ismaël does not give all the information in order to sell his excursion more easily: three hours of road not mentioned at the time of the purchase of the excursion… It is best not to trust this agency. Be careful, he's a good talker.

We only spent one night in our bungalow, but the place/garden was pleasant and the owner of the hotel very welcoming and helpful, offering his services in French. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but have a fridge and a kettle. A bit noisy fan.

Cette agence francophone était citée en bien par plusieurs voyageurs en ce qui nous concerne nous avons acheté des billets pour une excursion de plusieurs îles dans la journée et je voulais précisé d une part que cette agence n est qu un intermédiaire qui vend des places pour d autres donc rien de mirobolant quant à l accueil correct mais on ne s attarde pas en conseils donc futur voyageur faites jouer la concurrence

La chambre est propre, bonne literie et salle de bain. L’emplacement est top car à quelques mètres du centre et de la plage mais retour au calme dans l’hôtel au milieu de la verdure. On peut profiter de la terrasse. Famille gentille qui gère les bungalows

Ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires élogieux… Voici notre aventure : Nous lui avions réservé une excursion. 24 h avant nous lui avons téléphoné pour lui dire que mon épouse était souffrante et lui expliquer que nous pourrions pas participer à cette excursion. Celui-ci nous a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de problème, qu’il aurait d’autre clients pour nous remplacer. Pour qu’il n’y ait pas d’erreur nous lui avions redonné le numéro de notre bon de réservation. Malgré tout Ismaël prétend être venu nous chercher à l’ hôtel et avoir perdu 30 minutes. ( il avait notre numéro de chambre) et après vérification personne est venu à l’hôtel. Malgré notre annulation 24 h avant l’excursion, il a refusé catégoriquement de nous rembourser ou autre arrangement pour autre excursion , il nous a raccroché au nez. Et impossible de le joindre ni par sms ni par téléphone. Pas difficile de prendre l’argent aux clients de cette façon… Fuyez cette agence francophone, Ismaël très menteur et malhonnête…
