Booked two rooms to spend the Christmas weekend with my mum. She absolutely loved it for its convenience, well priced spa that provided 3 great massages, excellent facilities and a comfortable room.
I personally liked it for its sense of seclusion yet being right next to the longtail ticketing office and night shopping areas. It’s also a great option if you want to drive there, which I did, as it does offer decent amount of parking spaces.

For a four star hotel by the beach charging premium room rates, the rooms were not maintained well, water pressure was low and the air conditioning in my room was
bad. I had complained to the reception but although they said it had been repaired, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The next day they said they will
send the technicians to rectify the issue but it was still the same. A fruit platter to compensate for the sleepless nights is not the answer.
The breakfast could and should have more variety of food and was rather average compared to other hotels in the same room rate range. Ice was not available before midnight and
had to be demanded before it was supplied although we were willing to pay.
I would not recommend this hotel to my friends although the location is very good and strategic and the lay out is nice.

Everything is good. I gave the location a 4 instead of 5 because there seems to be a leisure shooting range/stall for tourists that operates late into the night, and disturbing my sleep. But it should be fine if you hang around out until after 1130pm.
