Hotel Nowa Panorama

My recent stay at Hotel Panorama, which claims to be a three-star establishment, was profoundly disappointing. The most troubling issue was the pervasive sewer odor throughout the room, compounded by a complete lack of ventilation in the bathroom. This created not only an uncomfortable environment but also raised serious health concerns. The room's layout, seemingly converted from a regular apartment, resulted in a lack of privacy and soundproofing. A mere wooden board was all that separated the bathroom from the corridor, making it impossible to ignore the sounds and activities of neighboring guests. The condition of the bedding was lamentable, with an old, uncomfortable mattress and clear signs of neglect under the bed. This level of upkeep is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment, let alone one claiming three stars. A critical safety concern was the electrical socket's placement – it was inappropriately affixed to a shelf directly above the work area, forcing me to boil water precariously above my head. Such an arrangement is not only inconvenient but also poses a significant risk. Furthermore, the additional charge for a vegan breakfast, which was below par and reused from the previous day, leading to sour food, was surprising and disappointing. The regular breakfast options like over-salted, oddly sweetened scrambled eggs were equally subpar. The amenities promised, such as TV and Wi-Fi, were inadequate. The tiny TV placed high near the ceiling and the weak Wi-Fi signal demonstrated a lack of regard for guest comfort and convenience. In summary, my experience at Hotel Panorama fell short of the basic standards expected of a three-star hotel, from room comfort to safety, cleanliness, and food quality. This stay was a letdown, and I hope my feedback encourages significant improvements

Comfy, clean and warm rooms, welcoming and helpful personnel. Great breakfast of many varieties with warm food, themed for season we are in, for example tea additives in autumn style. Highly recommend for trip with friends.

Everything was excellent ! Staff, price, location, quality od service. One "minus" : heaters are at high level and it's too hot in the room :-) Good 3 stars quality. And receptionist Anna was the best. Breakfasts are also 5/5. I will back during next stay in Krakow.

They are cheating a lot: we booked the room by web but in fact they gave us a very bad room, not clean and very very cold. Very bad service and the receptionist (her name is Anna) is a very bad person, when we arrived she shouted and did wrong faktura. Never ever book this hotel, even they don't have anything in the bath: toothpaste, brush, slippers and towels are dirty (unbearable smell), shampoon, soap etc.

Food was very good. The stuff was nice and helpful. Location is very peaceful. Near to the hotel is tram and bus stop and Mal. The hotel is only 20 minutes by tram to old center. Beads are very comfortable, rooms look cute. I'll back ther in future.

The worst hotels we have ever stayed in. On booking we were told the hotel was close to everything which it is not. The room was tiny and we were expected to sleep in bunk beds. The blankets weee so small they didn’t actually cover you. Wires hanging out of the wall and dangling down the wall with extension leads trailing from them. Unable to open bathroom door properly because of the bunk beds so had to squeeze through. We asked at reception a few seconds after arrival if we could change rooms, we were told they had rooms available however they could not / would not move us. Had the worst nights sleep in the freezing cold tiny room then checked out 3 days early to move to another hotel. When we were asked why we were leaving the staff member smiled and shrugged. Avoid at all costs !!!!

Me and 2 of my friends booked a triple room as a last minute break. had my doubts when arriving at the hotel when i saw it and first entered - dont jude a book by its cover. But the room was clean, a little on the small side but were provided 3 single beds in the room as requested, we had fresh towels everyday and they were always neatly folded on each bed. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff were friendly and for those arriving by car, there was a reasonable amount of parking. Easy to access by public transport and an easy ride, about 15 minutes to the centre of krakow. The staff even offered a hand using public transport. Breakfast I thought was fair. Not a large variety but the food was good all things comsidering. There was a bar, I didn't use this. The only thing I didn't really like was that the bathroom was rather small, but does the job and was clean. There was no safe or air conditioning in the room I stayed in. But we didn't enquire about the safe so I don't know if it was in a locked room behind reception (which ive seen in hotels in years gone by) It's okay for a budget friendly trip. It did the job. It is dated in some aspects in terms of furnishing in public areas. (This is me being petty thinking about the doors and lighting). I would reccomend for a short trip
