In the beginning I was not fascinated from the hotel, specially from the curry smell from the restaurant, but I had to admit the location is perfect! 2 Minutes walk from the centrum and the staff is very very friendly and polite.Valentina who welcomed us, was very very helpful and answered all our questions, also the lady in the breakfast was always with a smile.The rooms are average, but big ,clean and confortable.Very quite hotel although in busy road.

Its an oldy woldy type of hotel , lots of creaking floors etc , but nice staff and very convenient for the city centre and everything thats going on 👍

Fairly good hotel near Krakow's old town. I've stayed there twice during my trips to Kraków. Single rooms are located on the higher floor, where you need to climb (no elevators), yet the staff offers help with carrying the luggage. The room is tiny but offers a comfy bed, a kettle with a range of tea and coffee, small bathroom with a shower. Parking spot is available upon request and additionally paid. Breakfast is fine but with a limited choice. From the cons: In the building downstairs there is an Indian restaurant (very good!) - the smell of the cuisine is all over the building including hotel rooms, so I had an impression that all my clothes smelled like curry after the weekend.

Recommended! Absolutely super service! Not the biggest facilities in the hotel itself, but simple and straightforward! Clean and tidy. The location was superb! Nice walking distance to most things and good connections to several excursions. We would love to come back!

Oldy worldy type of hotel , poor breakfast ! not worth the cost , but literally 5 minutes walk to the city centre and castle .

Our original hotel was closed but Paulina took us in and went out of her way to make us welcome. The hotel was very accommodating and was in easy walking distance to the Square. A terrific Nepalese restaurant next door where breakfast was served in the morning (scrambled eggs and frankfurters plus continental items). Restaurant closed early 21:30 but the food was delicious and fairly cheap for the quality provided. The staff went over and aboard to help out with whatever we needed (including tape when my suitcase broke) and we were so grateful. Would definitely return

...fabulous stay at the Nobilton. Excellent value for money, impeccable and spacious room, wonderful location being a short walk into the Old Town, and the staff, Maria in particular, brilliant. At the time of booking we advised the hotel that this was a special .occasion and we were greeted with a personal message and a bottle of fizz! We paid for breakfast which again represented great value, but would say the portions were just too big. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, she checked train times and rang round to get us a dinner reservation. So helpful, and a credit to the hotel. Thank you all so much, and when we next visit Krakow we will definitely be staying here again..
