Everything was great, but shortage of tables in the breakfast room and the location of the bar right in the middle of the space was annoying

The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland.
Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague.
Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel.
Overall, would go back just for the hotel

Excellent service of the receptionist/lobbies staff. Thanks for the surprising birthday cake and lovely card for my son! It’s so nice and warm!! The breakfast is perfect as we were in hurry for another trip, so hope to come here again to enjoy the delicious sort of food and drink! Amazing!!

Highlight of stay- Spa/sauna. Stayed for 5 days 4 nights - room so far away from the lift. Its okay but given you were staying longer , its just annoying to walk all the way to the end. Room and bathroom ‘s nice.
