Dada Boutique Home Hotel

All I could want for a weekend stay! Clean, comfortable and excellent location. Incredible communication from the team when I had forgotten a key- they answered the phone within seconds and were professional and kind. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely comfortable stay at Dada Apartments situated int he Jewish Quarter which is known for the better restaurants in Krakow, we found this to be true. We were in short walking distance to all restaurants we wanted to try. Great location, 20 mins walk from main square. 30 min walk from train station. We loved our stay. Comfy bed, pillows. Lovely view from our balcony. I also left some pound sterling money in the room which they kindly offered to transfer to back to my bank which I appreciated so much as no one likes to be out of pocket, especially after a great trip.

The location, which was excellent, really central and not far from al the main sights. The room was big, clean and with modern deco. The bathroom, large and modern with a really good shower. Would have been useful to have a hand towel each as well as a bath towel. Communication about check in was good too. Unfortunately some guests were not considerate when coming back in the early morning, banging doors and shouting too. Breakfast is served at a hotel about 5 minutes away, limited menu which was adequate, but only one drink included, thought it a bit mean charging for any extra. It is on a main tram route, we were lucky and had a room at the back of the hotel so we weren't disturbed too much, although I would imagine it would be much more noisy in the rooms at the front as the trams seem to stop very late and start very early.

The apartment is in such a great location - old town is between a 15-20 minute walk - and it is surrounded in bars and restaurants/food outlets. The check in process itself was extremely easy with great correspondence from customer service. The room was stayed in was absolutely huge and spotless when we arrived. Amazing decor and the bathroom is so modern! The bed is possibly one of the comfiest I’ve stayed in. Only downside is there aren’t too many plugs! The trams do run right outside the hotel which are noisy and I guess would not be ideal for light sleepers, however we aren’t so we didn’t have issues with being woken up. I believe there’s a short period of time where no trams run at all, but they do run until late and start again early morning. Also, during our stay unfortunately there were a few groups of selfish people who came back early morning and decided to shout and bang on walls/doors when they returned from a night out - but this isn’t the accommodations fault! We are young ourselves and love a night out but we have respect for others, unfortunately some people do not. Overall a great aparthotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at hotel very cold to find no reception key code only which was not sent to us in advance! After contacting hotel took refuge in cafe & eventually gained access. Three guests so we were given a totally unsuitable studio with 2 beds & sofa bed. Forced to pay extra for a room with a bedroom. Basic facilities, velux windows leaked. We’re not informed we had 8 mins (snowy) walk to go for breakfast where we were streamed like 2nd class citizens and not allowed into hotel dining room therefore they prioritised their own guest. Painfully slow & left without breakfast as had trip booked. Maintenance just cleaning lift it was going up & down but they left us to struggle with bags from 4th floor. No one around to ask for information or maps or essentials ( loo roll) All in all a very disappointing experience

No reception. No information to assist on arrival. No food or drinks available on site. Despite booking bed and breakfast. It’s a chilly 10 min walk where another hotel insist you can’t sit with their guests. Roof leaks. Stressful. Bed comfy

This review will be of a property full of contradictions such as…. Superb location but atrocious position next to a tram line…ideal if you are on a boozy holiday but if the drink isn’t going to comatose you all night then you’ll be woken several times throughout the night. The hotel is very very quiet, until the trams pass in which it sounds like a 747 passing by so you are best using the air con system to drown out the noise but which works 50% of the time. It’s beautifully furnished with impractical furniture…the wife who is 5ft3 struggled to reach the rail of the wardrobe. Carpets could do with a clean. Beds were relatively comfortable. Wouldn’t return but had a great nonetheless

Booked this hotel through broker service, tried to support them through covid and did not request money back when the pandemic struck. Instead decided to change for another date and paid more for a date in peak times. Booked an upgraded room and tried to get hold of hotel prior to arrival with no response. Called local business to advise if hotel open and was advised shut. After endless emails received a text message week before trip said hotel closed , with no refund or details how to claim. Ghosted by this place and no one ever responded back. They have since opened under slightly different name but kept my money. DO NOT TRUST THE. OR BOOK WITH THEM.
