The facilities and catering service of this hotel are still very good, but when I checked in, I told me that I had to check out one day in advance, and the front desk said that I could check out one day in advance for a refund, but the business refused to refund after checking out, which was unpleasant

This was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.

Everything is good, but the hotel's parking fee is still a bit expensive. Free parking should be provided for hotel guests, which is not a difficult thing in general hotels.

The location is a bit remote and not close to the old town, but there is a car directly at the door. There is no refrigerator in the room, which is a big problem. But the reception is very good. You can borrow a refrigerator. Unfortunately, there is no microwave.

It would be better to move to the back of the station when checking in!

Hotel in a good location, clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, large parking lot. This is my second stay and I will definitely come back.

I rate the stay in the hotel very good, there were some shortcomings, however, you can see that the hotel and the service are new.

I am here for the second time and certainly not the last. Everything is sparkling new and clean, the hotel has a large free car park. I'm delighted. I recommend

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The room was really nice (I loved the decor) and was cleaned everyday. Zakrzówek Park is only a 15 minute walk away from this hotel and I highly recommend giving it a visit if you get the chance. It has stunning views of the water and the pools are free to use as long as it's not at max capacity. You might even come across the Elvis Presley monument if you take the right path! If you are looking to go into the Old Town however, this hotel is a bit of a distance away. It took us roughly about an hour to walk there, but there is a tram line directly outside the hotel which can be convenient for getting around. The downside to the tram line though, is that you can hear it from the room even when the window is closed and they keep going all through the night. We also discovered that the air conditioning doesn't work if the window is open so you can only have one or the other. The worst part about our stay was that the WiFi at this hotel dropped every 2 seconds and sometimes wouldn't even let you reconnect. The batteries for our remote in the room also weren't working and when I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk her words to me were "that's not possible" and didn't offer any replacements. Instead she said that she would let the engineer know... We managed to get the batteries to work for a short amount of time by taking them in and out constantly, but they would only work for a minute before they would die again. We also had separate covers even though we were in a double bed, which was quite unusual. Despite the small inconveniences we really enjoyed our stay as we spent most of our time exploring Krakow. The best part was we ordered take out using the Glovo app for fairly cheap and it got delivered straight to our hotel room. I recommend this hotel if you are looking to visit Zakrzówek Park or if you don't mind being further away from the Old Town.

Very bad traitment! If you want to stay in a hotel room for 4 nights that isn’t cleaned, doesn’t provide cleaning supplies, doesn’t change towels and sheets, and offers a shared bathroom with a colleague—without a bidet and even without shampoo for showering—think twice. Despite our insistence on the last night, not only did they fail to provide the necessary items, but the staff kept shifting responsibility to one another without giving us any answers. The worst happened the next day when all the receptionists, one after the other, pretended not to know about the issue, and so did the manager. For a week, they have been misleading us via email, pretending they would compensate us, but after providing the account number for reimbursement, they started asking for the card number and its security code. Beware of this kind of management!

Clean and modern hotel and we had a pleasant stay, food at breakfast was plentiful . Dinner was available at reasonable extra charge for us, Pleasant and helpful staff. This hotel however is not in the Old Town so it involves a tram, car or taxi to get into Krakow and the square. It is set in the area where there are college and Universities, and to my mind suited to guests who are there on business trips

This hotel is about 20 minutes drive from Krakow and the square. In a business and university area with no pubs or shops ( except 1 large supermarket) not the place to stay if you are in Krakow to enjoy the bars and vibrancy of the City.( My fault, didnt research correctly).Hotel itself is large,bright,and welcoming..All the staff we lovely, food great, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels daily.Tramstop outside so no issue getting anywhere but definitely more suited to business/rep stays.. it is also the only hotel , anywhere,that I have ever stayed, that does not permit you taking a drink which you have purchased from their bar or restaurant up to your room..No explanation given
