We decaide to visit Slovenia, Bled and Bohinj and this hotel in Kranj was a great place to stay, away from the rest of the tourists. It is around 30 min away from Bled. Room was basic but fine. Breakfast was ok, but it could be better... so this is reason why I gave 4 points. Parking was free and staff nice.

No air conditioning. No fridge, although there is a gigantic empty cupboard that takes up unnecessary space. Small rooms. And that's not the worst of it. We are a family of 3 adults and got a room with 2 beds and a tiny extendable couch/futon, which was also broken. When trying to talk to the staff about this issue, some of them were unfriendly, rude, sarcastic, overall just unprofessional. Other guests complained about having trash in the bathroom. I'm complaining about having dirty sheets on the bed, a dusty fan which isn't working, dirty walls and a dirty carpet. And the smell of the area is honestly horrendous. Both around the hotel and inside the tiny, unventilated room. Sleeping in these conditions is unacceptable. Not deserving of their 4 star rating.

Abbiamo avuto la disgrazia di cenare qui… alloggiando altrove… menu buffet 18€… buffet insalata: prodotti non piú freschi, scadenti! Menu non riconoscibili… carne e verdure congelate, insipide e senza condimenti pure le patate erano gommose! servizio inesistente!

Pour loger pas cher et dans un hôtel ressemblant à ceux des grandes chaînes, il suffit de se rendre à Kranj. Le parking est gratuit (moyennant la validation du ticket à la réception), le personnel sympa, les chambres confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme de buffet.
