Персонал отеля реагирует на просьбы посетителей странным образом: «А что вы хотели, это 3 звезды»! Хотели: ежедневную уборку, как указано на сайте отеля (фактически - раз в три дня!), нормальную сантехнику (а не ободранный кран), полотенца (а не тонкую тряпочку), смену этих «полотенец» (в действительности - раз в три дня) и вежливое отношение повара- официанта на завтраке и быстрое обслуживание (фактически встречают гостей со словами: «Выспались? Все сразу пришли? Теперь ждите, у меня только одна плита»! Больше сюда - ни ногой!

Если вы хотите комфорт и впечатления, то это гостиница мимо, такое ощущение, что гостиница доживает, так называемое кафе с завтраками по утрам, это вообще большая ирония над человеком. Это гостиница, чтоб заехать, зайти в номер и лечь спать. Звукопроницаемость стен отдельная тема. Из плюса только расположение в центре, хотя с парковочными местами могут быть проблемы.

Не знаю, сколько платят людям за их восторженные отзывы... отелю стоит поменять название на «Тараканио», т.к. они там в достаточном количестве. Не прошло и 3-х минут нашего прибывания в номере, так нам на встречу выползли сразу двое. В номере пахнет клоповником. В целом отель какой-то грязный, мрачный, неприятный. Парковки нет. Совершенно не советую.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Без излишеств. Очень удачное расположение. Хорошие чистые номера. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Третий раз останавливаюсь и все три раза очень доволен. В качестве деловой гостиницы - оптимально в данной ценовой категории. Рекомендую.

Уютный отель. Приветливый персонал. Чистота в номерах. Просторные номера. Есть все необходимое: письменный и журнальный столы , чайник, халаты. Приятно порадовали фрукты в вазочке и вода. А ещё очень душевный бар с мексиканской кухней в здании гостиницы. Вечером можно приятно посидеть. Завтраки на выбор: кому каша, а можно глазунью или блины. Не шведский стол, но вкусно и на разные предпочтения. Расположение отеля отличное: в шаговой доступности до главных мест Краснодара. За свои деньги прекрасный выбор. А в бар можно зайти и просто так: уж больно вкусно и душевно👍😄
