"The front desk staff were great – polite, attentive, and very detailed. However, the amenities were lacking. There were no bath towels, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, and I had to request them and wait a long time. In the bathroom, the shower floor didn't drain properly; it was clogged. The front of the hotel wasn't very clean, with a lot of trash, and the parking area wasn't clean either, though there was plenty of spacious parking available. Despite these issues, I would still come back because of its convenient location."
