Apartment LiJan °4 is located on the top floor of the house. Up the stairs entering the cozy and spacious living and dining area. From the bright living room there is a large outdoor terrace with a lovely sea view equipped with sitting garniture. Apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the second one has a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment is air conditioned with two indoor devices.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace.
A shared garden with heated salt water pool, barbecue facilities and children's playground at guests' disposal.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Das Haus sowie Pool und Garten sind ganz neu und sehr, sehr sauber und man sieht die Liebe zum Detail. Mira, die Eigentümerin, hilft wo sie kann und betreibt alles mit viel Herzblut.
Wir hatten die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss und hatten neben den 3 Schlafzimmern auch noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich.
In die Altstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt. So richtig viele Möglichkeiten im Grünen spazieren zu gehen gibt es nicht direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung, aber das haben wir jetzt auch nicht wirklich vermisst.
Highlights waren die große Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und der beheizte Pool.
Die Betten waren noch ganz neu und super bequem.
Ein paar mehr Haken könnte es in den Bädern geben, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Das eine Bad soll nächstes Jahr auch noch erneuert werden, obwohl es jetzt noch keinen sonderlich alten Eindruck gemacht hat.
Fazit: wir würden wiederkommen 🙂
