Top experience in a perfectly located hotel. Kronberg is a very nice little city near Frankfurt and the train brings you in 20minutes to downtown Frankfurt. Check-In/Check-Out were perfect. We had a great evening with friends there and enjoyed a quite night in a perfectly tidy room. Service was top during our entire stay. So, I can highly recommend the hotel in every aspect.

On arrival no one at the reception, not a soul far and wide. After 15 minutes someone came... and unfortunately hardly any of the employees there were able to speak German. Dirty room - the floor hasn't been cleaned in ages. Dirty dishes just stay where they are. Complaints at the front desk failed again because of communication problems. Breakfast OK, but minimal. Then a mobile phone charging cable disappears and after a clear complaint, a service employee "conjures up" the cable again in seconds... So: location and design of the hotel are good, the rest is awful. And that at €170 per night plus €12 parking. Air conditioning extremely noisy. No thanks, not again.

Bei der telefonischen Reservierung muß man schon 3 mal seine Namen buchstabieren, weil die osteuropäische Empfangsdame nichts versteht. Im Zimmer kann man sich kaum in den schmalen Gängen bewegen: Der Arbeitsplatz befindet sich direkt under einem Deckenspot, so daß der Bildschirm garantiert nicht gelesen werden kann. Sitzgelegenheit ist ein schmales Brett mit Kissen zum dahinter liegenden Fenster. Eine Anleitung zur Einstellung der Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet scheint zwar reichhaltig ist qualitativ auf Uni-Mens Niveau. Die Rechnung weist eine Position "Bed and Breakfast" aus, die aber der Zimmerpreis ist, gefolgt von der Position "Restaurant Breakfast Food" - Was soll das? Hotewl ist zwar verkehrsgünstig gelegen aber für mich NEVER AGAIN
