The location, the space of the room and breakfast was enoght for that agordable and fair price. This family hotel have more, the hospitality, the cleeneles of the room, the delicious Albanian food served at the restaurant down at first floor. The hotel offers to local experience that they runn. Love this place

Spend 3 days in hotel Nebo. Very friendly staff , clean rooms 1 min from the sea. They are also offering great boat tours in the Butrint lake and nearby beaches which I strongly recommend to attend. Many thanks to Soraldo and his team for the hospitality and the experience, looking forward to go again.

L'hôtel Nebo est plus proche d'une Guest-house que d'un hôtel car les services y sont quasi inexistants. Ce qui est bien : Chambre spacieuse, calme et bien équipée. Jeune couple de propriétaires (?) gentil et serviable. Ce qui l'est moins : Douche sans paroi, la salle de bain est vite inondée. Restes de nourriture dans le frigo ainsi que lavabo bouché à l'arrivée ! Petit déjeuner à 8h mais personne à cette heure là, il faut attendre (peu) l'arrivée du proprio et encore un peu celui des propriétaires du restaurant où à lieu le petit-déjeuner. Ce qui est inadmissible : le petit déjeuner est sous-traité dans le restaurant attenant mais indépendant. Donc choix entre 4 "menus" tous aussi incomplets et misérables l'un que l'autre, un peu plus de café ou de pain : à payer en supplément ! Du coup on trouvera bien mieux pour ce prix, ce ne sont pas les hébergements qui manquent à Ksamil.
