Four Points Stays in Kuala Lumpur

The check-in process was relatively straightforward, and there were Chinese-speaking staff available, which was helpful. The hotel's location is pretty good, with plenty of food options nearby. The facilities and environment are a bit average, but the cleaning was decent. However, I felt the cleanliness of the bed sheets was just okay. The hotel has a pool and a gym, but the pool looked quite crowded and didn't seem particularly clean. The breakfast, on the other hand, was quite rich and satisfying.

Booked this place again because our first night was so good! And I was rewarded with an awesome night view at their bar: Jann. So if you have time, go for a drink! First I like to commend the receptionist who did my check out on 31st Jan. He took note of my comment and input remarks in the system that I like the same room no. It has an awesome view of the Merdeka 118. It looks even more magnificent in the night. The receptionist who did our check in did her due diligence to read the comment and assigned the same room serial no. to us. One floor higher and we got an even better view! Thank you! The room is as usual impeccably clean and smelling good. Beddings are so so comfortable and bigger than single bed for twin room! Highly recommended ! Breakfast has many varieties but it isn’t so tasty so you might want to swing across the road to check out the eateries there. Lots of good options available ! We love the proximity to central market and Jalan petaling. Great stay once again ! Thank you!

The hotel is great! It's easy to get around by taxi, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to Pavilion. The front desk lady even upgraded us to a Twin Towers view room and provided a crib. The only thing is that check-in isn't until 3 PM. Since we arrived on an early flight, we just dropped off our luggage, went out to explore, and came back later, which was also very convenient.
