I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites KL. The location in Bukit Bintang is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance. The suite was incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. A special shout-out to the staff for their warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel room was new and the location was good, but the cleanliness was a problem! The room service staff didn't change the pillowcases and blankets! I stayed for three nights, and I felt a bit stressed, wondering if the pillows and blankets I was sleeping on had been used by the previous guests and hadn't been changed at all.

Staying in Pan Pacific Serviced Suites made our annual girls outing to KL a very enjoyable one. Pan Pacific Serviced Suites is located in a very convenient location.. shopping and food all within walking distance. We are staying in a 2 bedroom apartment, the room is clean and spacious and well maintained. There are a few improvement though is light switches for the master toilet which are "hidden" behind the door and the lighting configuration for the bedroom where we need off e room light from the right and left side of the bed. We will be back and will sure recommend to family and friends

This hotel offers great value for money, with a convenient location close to Pavilion and Jalan Alor. The lounge and infinity pool on the 25th floor boast some pretty good views.
