The room was really tiny and rather claustrophobic. There was hardly any space to put a large open suitcase when packing or unpacking. There was a large TV but it did not work, no channels on any of the inputs, no wonder it was turned off at the wall. There is no kettle for boiling or making drinks in the room. RM50 deposit required at check in. Staff was friendly , room was clean and did not have any unpleasant smells. It was also quiet during my stay. If you cannot find any other accommodation nearby then this should do for one night or if you can score a really low discounted price during a sale. There are much better options around for just a little more.

The hotel room was comfortable, warm water, soft bed and the room was clean. The only not so nice thing was it has a door linking the next door room so I could listen to their arguments

The lobby and other areas are not air-conditioned except for my room, so it's hot. I was in room 402, but the banging noise and vibrations in the bar/restaurant made it difficult to sleep until almost 3am.

The staff are friendly, very kind, and lovely. The location is great. ... It's opposite the shopping mall. It's convenient to travel because it's next to the BTS. I highly recommend it.
