Very beautiful view of the twin towers from the room. The ac works great. There are 2 infinity pools but the rooftop one cost 25 Malaysian to use but definitely worth it for the view. Convenient store downstairs. Twin towers 30 min walk, metro station 15 min walk. Would definitely recommend and the people working the front desk are sweethearts very accommodating.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Farah and her colleague at the front desk for their great hospitality and responsibility. They were very helpful and made my stay comfortable. The room was clean, and everything was well organized. If you can get a room on a higher floor, I definitely recommend it—the view is much more beautiful. The location is also very convenient. It’s close to the metro, and getting there from the airport is quite easy: you can take the airport train for two stops and then transfer to the metro. It’s also about 1.2 km from the Twin Towers, which takes around 15 minutes to walk to at night. Overall, everything was good, but there are a few things you should know. The swimming pool on the 48th floor has an additional charge of RM25 each time you want to use it. The pool on the 8th floor is free to use, but unfortunately, it doesn’t have a particularly nice view. One thing that could be improved is providing some basic dishes or containers that can be used to heat food in the microwave. The TV has many channels, and the kitchen is equipped with a lot of useful items. I especially recommend this place for families who plan to prepare or eat some meals in their room. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel is good clean , very will organized but location is very far from every thing ,, you need a taxi every go out and difficult to have , you need to wait at least 30 min to get a taxi , as long as Gym with fees witch make me annoyed
