5/5PerfectOverall experience was awesome. The suite is clean and provides us great hospitality. Perfect location! Just near the city centre. The staffs were very helpful. The suite provides almost every facilities for our need. The rooftop pool and heated jacuzzi was great. Breakfast have a plenty of choices and the foods were great. We will repeat again for sure 😊 I recommended this suites for staycation, just only one night enough for us to having the best experience staying here. Just come & stay. No regret!

3.2/5Hotel located 10mins walk away from Pavilion Shopping Mall. Amenities are available nearby. Our family enjoyed the rooftop and L1 swimming pool + gym facilities. Would have given a higher rating if not for a mishap that happened- our laundry room had a plumbing fault that resulted in water from upper level to shower down through the lamp hole in the ceiling, and flooded the laundry room. The ordeal lasted for around an hour before we realised and approached the service management for help. Irregardless of the incident, the maintenance service came quick and they offered to shift us to another suite the next day. I would say it is a family hotel with decent stay, but building management and maintenance definitely have rooms for improvement. Another suggestion would also be for the breakfast area to be expanded. Due to a surge of stay during festive, the breakfast buffet was overcrowding and we had to queue to get to our turn. All in all, it is a comfortable hotel with good customer service.

It was a good trip at this suite. Although it is not a full fledged hotel but the service was good and fast. Friendly staffs. Great swimming pool because the view was great. Need to increase in terms of cleanliness as the sink in the kitchen was not functioning. But overall good…
