Hotel is good enough, but they don't provide comb in the room. Breakfast is good enough, and have enough varieties. Hotel is close to Putra, and PWTC station. From Airport can call Taxi via Grab app, to reach the hotel, I think is the cheapest mode. For local visit, trains can be used, and fare is cheap enough. Staffs are very helpful, especially all Nepali security people. Mr Boudhaman take this picture of us.

It was my third time here. Room were spacious! We've
been upgraded to large room which was good. Thanks to the front officer. The room
equipped with good basic toiletries. My kids enjoyed and
love to stayed here. Everything was smooth and excellent for two night stay. The staff hotel very friendly and
helpful with everything. Location wise it may not seem to
be near KL city centre. Check out time very smooth. Very happy with the stay. We like to recommended for those to stay here. Love to came here again.

The hotel has been renovated and look good. It wan near lrt station and connecting to mall
Not much to do around but if travelling by train to pwtc , will be an options

Seronok duduk dekat sini. Their staff was very polite and helpful.bilik pun clean and selesa sgt. Semua pemurah dengan senyuman.. makanan pun ok. Im staying with my wife during ramadan.just to chills and relax. Their sahur food was great and got variety of food. Ada goreng2, nasi, bubur, sup2, roti, indian food, arabic food, salads, desserts etc. I stayed for 2 nights. And it was a great experience since you can go shopping just downstairs. Sunway putra mall. Got lots of restaurants there and also butik2. Nak travel naik tren pun senang.. overall was perfect. Love to stay there again.

The hotel boasts a pleasant atmosphere and an excellent location, conveniently situated near a train station and attached to a mall. However, transitioning between lifts from the ground lobby to the hotel lobby and then to the room can be cumbersome. Nevertheless, the staff are courteous and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a larger room on the 31st floor, featuring a magnificent view and a balcony. Breakfast is good too. The cleanliness of the toilet and the overall maintenance of the room were commendable. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience.

Im arrived at 7pm to check in ..but the room was not ready..staff at receiptionist was very good and responsible...she give me another room and upgrade my room to executive room...that was unexpected..the room very spacious..im so satisfied..when i came to Kl, this hotel will be my 1st choice...easy to access to the mall..strategic place...will come again and again...❤️😍
