Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur

I initially booked a 3-night stay and later extended it for another 2 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering a great view of the KL skyline. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

We stay for 4 nights here and the best part is this hotel situated at the centre of KL. There is a mall connected to it so easy for us to go eat whenever we want. There is also Verrona Cafe at G floor which have varieties of pastry and bread. Definitely will come back. We arrived at hotel at 3am and hotel upgraded us to Suite room which we definitely love it.

The shopping mall is very near. The hotel location is very near by twin towers. we can find Indian food near by.

Overall we understand the property is quite long however should keep those furniture not broken at least. The cleanliness has to be improved as we felt itchy when sleep on the bed. The breakfast is good.

Overall not bad , is just that the check in process was terrible bad experience, it’s took me about more than an hour for queue time and there is no management level to guide for a long queue waiting. Location & room comfortable .

Big room with great amenities. Delicious and various food for breakfast spread.. Direct access to shopping mall.. Everything was good.

Overall, the hotel was good. However, there was one thing I really didn’t understand. I was having the buffet breakfast by myself, and a staff member put an “Occupied” sign on my table. I had two eggs, a slice of toast, and some chicken ham on the table, then I got up to get a coffee. When I came back, the table had been completely cleared and the “Occupied” sign was gone. I was quite confused because it caused a lot of unnecessary food waste. At other hotels, guests usually put the “Occupied” sign down when they have finished eating, so the staff know they can clear the table. Does this hotel have a different rule?
