I stayed here because I wanted to take a photo in the swimming pool which has a view of the petronas twin towers. The room is spacious, can accommodate 4 people, the lobby is very crowded. You can leave your bags or suitcases in the lobby before you are allowed to check in at 3 pm. The check-in process is quick and easy, when checking in, all the suitcases and bags are already in the room. The deposit is very large which is RM 500 per room. The swimming pool is very crowded in the morning and evening. It is very crowded with mainland Chinese tourists. So you have to be patient 🤭

the from desk behavior isn’t really friendly, she asked for big deposit and even if 5 or 10 minutes late check out , she gonna deduct RM 100 from the deposit. 2-bedsheets weren’t clean and the drawers had some trash left from the previous guest and we could smell his smell in the room

Charming Parisian Hotel with Outstanding Service – A Wonderful Stay! I recently stayed at Hotel Elysees Opera, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is charming, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Paris. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out – especially from Francesca at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Thank you, Francesca, for your outstanding service! The room was cozy, well-maintained, and quiet, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I slept well every night and really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. Location-wise, the hotel is ideal – close to metro stations, within walking distance of Montmartre and the Opera district, and surrounded by lovely cafes and shops. It’s easy to feel like a local in this neighborhood. Overall, Hotel Elysees Opera is a hidden gem in Paris. Great value, wonderful staff, and a lovely Parisian feel. I would definitely return and highly recommend it – especially if you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Francesca at check-in!

Nice hotel! Amazing infinity pool with great view, good gym equipment, spacious room and obliging staff. But excessive deposit amount (RM 500) and confusing check in and check out.
