Thers is no Check-in counter. There is no instruction notice or clear signage how to self- check- in. After asking around and security told us that we have to checkin by scanning QR code but it went to the other/wrong agent as there are a few more agents/operators there who run the Air BnB. We only came to know that this is not a hotel but an Air BnB room-stay. Location is perfect. Many eateries, food court nearby. Easy to order hailing transport using Grab. Can enjoy the City view and friendly Rooftop bar and infinity swimming pool at level 20 is great. The security is very good and they are helpful. We stayed 4 days at the Level 8, the room is having a partial city view half view was blocked by 2 buildings though we booked the room with a city view 2 weeks in advance.. There are about 10 small cockroaches loitering in the bath room and toilet. The centre ceiling light faulty was not fixed though the operator arrange to fix.. Check out was done by sending Screenshot of key and card but no acknowledgment was received. Overall, it is okay to stay for those who are looking for the reasonable rate and short stay.

Only they allowed to do workout with the slippers who stay longer in this place but if you stay for 2 days is not allowed for you. I request for extra blankets but they not respond me by WhatsApp. Our room is also not get clean. Iron is dirty room smell like ****. Only the highlight point the pool area only one this what i enjoy.

This is not a hotel !!! 🪳The whole room was covered in cockroaches! They were crawling out of everywhere all night. There were at least 30 cockroaches. They didn't change the room and refused to refund the money. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ I highly do not recommend this pseudo-hotel, it is not customer-oriented.

The room is nice, everything is nice and clean. basically it’s an Air Bnb, kindly contact the owner before you reach The hotel as it is a self check-in, and it’s only allowed after 3pm, early check-in is Chargeable at Rm30/hour. Behind this building there’s a lot of eateries and food stalls, worth exploring.

Good location and safe security with lift access card. But only provided one key and card which makes it inconvenient when they are more people in a room.

Lovely (big) rooftop pool and bar (plus gym) with stunning views (it's an infinity pool). Very reasonably priced Soju. The bar and restaurant on level 20 are open to the public and seem to be getting deservedly popular.

I always come back to this service room hotel. Very good place for me.

not the best place to stay with kid, dirty towels, very dirty windows, the view is amazingly disgusting. ask about view before booking.

I would like to highlight some issues with my room: The air conditioner is not cold, and the room was very hot throughout the night. I found cockroaches in the room. The room lighting is too dim. Although I selected a king bed when booking, my request was not fulfilled. Because of the poor air-conditioning, I had a very difficult night’s sleep.

First of all, This isn’t a hotel, It’s more of a airbnb style apartment. So anyone who’s used to with staying these types of accommodation, I don’t they will face any problem. But for travelers like me having to move different countries straight is a problem. There were no basic water bottles or coffee like hotel like stays. Location wise this is really good one, there’s a 7 Eleven in the building. Also there’s plenty restaurants beside the hotel which is opened 24/7. Price-wise, this is a good pick. Only bummer was, my flight was on 4:55 PM, we had to check out on 11 AM sharp. And had to pay extra 40 RM to keep our luggage on the lobby. This should be at least free of charge. So, anyone who’s considering this, bear in mind that there’s no complimentary water bottles or coffee in the room. There’s no dental kits as well. Also if you have late flight schedules, you need to pay 10 RM per luggage. So, considering these amenity, I think with increased budget, you should go for hotels with these basic services. Good side is that, they have infinity pool on the 20th floor with a great view. But I couldn’t make it because it’s closed by 9 PM. Considering our tour itinerary, I couldn’t make it to hotel before 10 PM.

first of all this place is not a hotel and its an air bnb, its not mentioned while booking so do not expect any kind of help whether with check in or any other services and also its very complicated with regards to check in … no one tells where keys is and other info . and final thing is room doesnt look like in the pictures it was very small and no proper amenities and about pool too not up to the mark .

Location just ok. Nothing interesting aroud. Suitable for family staycation
