Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre

We stayed in Kuala Lumpur for six days and five nights with our child. The hotel generously upgraded us to a Twin Towers view room and didn't require a deposit, which was fantastic. Their service was excellent, so I'm giving them a big thumbs up. The hotel's location is superb. It's within walking distance to KLCC and places where you can enjoy durian. The metro station, Bukit Bintang (on line 8), is also close by, and getting to other attractions via Grab is super convenient. To reach the hotel, you can either take a taxi directly or take the KLIA Ekspres from the airport to KL Sentral and then a taxi. The hotel boasts a huge swimming pool with waterslides on the fourth floor, which our little one absolutely loved every day. On the third floor, there's an outdoor playground and an indoor play area for infants, catering to children of all ages – highly recommend! The room was incredibly comfortable, and most importantly, very quiet. The night view was absolutely stunning. A big thank you to the hotel again for such a wonderful experience.

The hotel is very close to the Twin Towers, and there's a restaurant downstairs that has everything. We arrived quite late, but even at 11 PM, when we went out to grab a bite, the restaurant was still buzzing. The hotel pool is fantastic, and we had a high-floor room facing the pool, which was nice and quiet.

You can't wear hotel slippers to breakfast, and don't ask me why, because I have no idea 🤷‍♀️. I waited in line for about 20 minutes only to be told I had to go back to my room and change shoes before I could enter… However, the overall experience was still really good. It's perfect for family trips because there are lots of facilities for kids.
