Had our wonderful 4d3n stays here and especially thanks to Ms Iyda, Guest Manager, for her extra miles service and kind assistance. As my hub is recovering from his leg injury and I hv a special needs child to attend as well, I was looking for 2 interconnecting rooms for 4 of us. Ms Iyda recommended a Special Needs King Room which are lower feature beds and facilities easy accessible for the needy and wheelchair users. We were so impressed with the rooms. I also requested for bday deco and complimentary cakes for both me and my hub and the staff were so nice to decorate both rooms and 2 slice delicious brownies cakes. On 2nd day we had to go for a 1 day Cameron Highland tour so I told Ms Iyda that we will have to miss the hotel bfkst since we had to leave by 6.30am for the coach ride but she was so helpful to arrange for 4 sets of simple takeaway breakfasts for us. So grateful for the extra miles and had our tour journey with the delicious assorted sandwiches, pastries and orange juice. My child enjoyed her fun at free indoor playground Level 2. On our last day check out, we used the Musolla prayer room at Level 4 (no need for card access on level 2 and 4). Most touching was when Ms Iyda handed me with 4 bags of complimentary hotel souvenirs before we made a move. I also requested a pic with her and wishes all the best and much thanks to her, Ms Kila, the conceirge staff, security guards, room attendants and those who have served us during our wonderful stay. Definitely will come back here again. Hotel is also conveniently located at Bukit Bintang, near BTS, Lalaport, Lot 10 and spoilt for choices food and shopping. Busking area is nearby too. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients and tasty dishes. The breakfast offers good value for money. Hygiene: Decent, though one towel had an odd smell, the rest were fine. Facilities: Quite standard. The shower pressure was a bit weak. The pool was nice, but it closes at 7 PM, so you need to go early if you want to use it. Service: Overall good, but I didn't find any staff who spoke Chinese. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

This hotel, called Grand Capital Hotel, is located in Kuala Lumpur city center, about an hour's drive from the airport. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the staff's service attitude is also good.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. Everything was satisfactory. I will definitely come again.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Jalan Alor night market, and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly. However, the breakfast was mediocre; the selection was the same every day and lacked Malaysian specialties. After cleaning the bathroom each day, the hotel staff only removed used towels or bathrobes but didn't replace them with new ones. I had to call the front desk daily to get fresh towels, which was quite annoying. Also, a tiny piece of paper dropped near the trash can and remained there for all four days, untouched by cleaning staff.

The lobby and staff were 10/10 although the rooms are abit small. Overall the experience is. 8.5/10.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from jln Alor Street , making it a great choice for food lovers. However, it is quite far from the Twin Tower shopping area. The massage shop opposite the hotel is a godsend for shoppers looking to relax after a long day.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I rebooked because my previous stay was so good. It's a new hotel with excellent facilities and it's very clean. The bathroom even has a water purifier, so you can drink water in your room despite being overseas. The buffet is also perfectly adequate. The only issue this time was that my room was a connecting room with a door leading to the adjacent room. Consequently, I could hear loud voices and noises from next door. Unfortunately, the people next to me on the first night were a group of loud party-goers, and their booming conversations were quite disruptive. Last time, I was aware of this from reviews and specifically requested a non-connecting room, so it wasn't an issue. However, I forgot to make that request this time and it was a mistake. Honestly, I wonder if it would be better if connecting rooms weren't built at all? If they must have them, at least make the doors soundproof.

The hotel location is convenient, about 50 minutes from the airport and a 20-minute taxi ride to TBS. It's centrally located in the tourist area, making it very easy to find food, drinks, and entertainment. There are various shopping malls nearby and different restaurants to try. It's also very close to the night market food street. The room size is normal. The swimming pool is very small, with no lifeguard or hotel staff providing service, and the water is not clean. It's a convenient choice for a city walk. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the drainage system works fine. There was an issue with the air conditioning system before, but it was resolved. The staff are efficient and polite. A welcome drink was provided.
