Excellent location in Bukit Bintang shopping areas that also have plenty of eateries inside and outside the mall. Easy access (walkable) to KLCC Petronas Towers, KL Tower, Merdeka 118 and TRX. Common areas (exercise rooms, lounge and swimming pool at 37th. Floor are very good photographing vantage points for all 4 high rises and surrounding buildings.

The facilities in the homestay is actually quite complete and this will be my top plus point. There are refrigerator, washing maschine, kettle and hair dryer that are prepared in the unit which is really convenient for travellers that travel with family members. They even prepare knife and scissors for the kitchen.
The environment is good and the view at the balcony is fascinating but there is a problem that the resident upside the building will throw the rubbish such as cigarette end or tissue to our balcony.This will be my deduction on recommend to someone will mind about this problem.
The geographical location is also very convenient for someone who just want to shop at the Bukit Bintang area. Walk for a 5 minute that cross over Starhill and Fahrenheit 88 then will arrive Pavillion Shopping Mall. But there is also a little deduct points for the MRT station.We need to walk to Lot10 to get to the MRT which will take a quite long time to walk to there.
