Facing a troublesome using hotel room WiFi, after CS contacted me in the WS and she gave me a invite code which helps me easier on using the WiFi. Secondly, there is a must to use their valet parking service during the stay in the hotel, cause they have no parking lot in the hotel, which we feel not comfortable with. One of the valet (Indian guy) has hygiene issue, after his drive to the hotel for me and I felt itchiness all over my body. That’s disgusting! The room I got at the first place the AC is a bit noisy and I got changed room to a higher floor, which is much brighter which I appreciate to. With the shower problem (shower hose broken) got solved after twice of my complaint to the front desk and WS CS. Overall the stay is ok, but I’ll not recommend for family stay, the staircase is not friendly to wheelchair and stroller.

This is my always to go hotel in kl. But the shower head got abit of issue this time. Toilet to be upgraded. Overall still good experience.

Requested for the room with twin tower view the reception told me I need to pay more money for the room with a view. Asked if can get free upgrade was rejected as was informed because I booked through 3rd party in this case Trip. Com. Was told if I booked directly with the hotel group I will be given. This made me so mad 😡

The bathroom cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with visible black stains in the corners. Basic amenities such as a shower cap were not provided. The desk surface was noticeably dusty. Parking was extremely inconvenient, as roadside parking was required. Although valet parking was available after check-in with staff assistance, an additional fee of RM15.90 was charged.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman North. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The service was good, with friendly and helpful staff, and the amenities were satisfactory and met our needs. However, the cleanliness could be improved as it was just average compared to expectations. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we would consider staying here again.

The room was very quiet. Although the staff didn't speak Chinese, they understood my broken English perfectly, which made my stay very reassuring. It's also very close to Independence Square, just a short walk away. There's a local market nearby, which gives it a very authentic feel.
