Crowne Plaza KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE by IHG

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre exceeded my expectations! The hotel recently opened, and the overall decor is modern and grand, with sophisticated public areas. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the 33rd-floor rooftop infinity pool, offering expansive views and a relaxing way to admire the Kuala Lumpur skyline. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Mall, with plenty of dining options nearby. The subway station is also within walking distance, making getting around very convenient. The staff were communicative and efficient, offering Chinese language service. I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur!

The room wasn't small, and the cleanliness was pretty good. The rooftop pool was nice, though a bit small. Breakfast was quite generous. The window view was pretty ordinary; one side was mostly blocked by other buildings. The location was decent, about a 10-15 minute walk to the Twin Towers.
