Had a wonderful birthday stay here recently. The team surprised me with a complimentary cake, which was a really thoughtful touch well done to the staff for making the celebration special. We also enjoyed the buffet dinner good variety and food quality overall. A pleasant and memorable stay, would happily return.

Enjoyed the club lounge access with super friendly staff ie Agnes, Ammir and their team. We loved the food served at the lounge on 20 Oct (Monday) with lemang + serunding ayam (local delicacies), tasty shrimp fried rice, teriyaki salmon and also the vege wrap and the special cocktails & mocktails drinks. Not forgetting the appetisers, salads, breads ( I wished there's a soup to pair with it) and at least 5 different types of desserts. My daughter loves the virgin sunrise that Ammir has creatively concocted based on her taste. We ate breakfast at the Merchants. Quite extensive range of breakfast. There's special made to order roti canai ie roti cheese that my daughter likes. Apart from that, there's Roti Benggali (margarine plus Kaya), waffles, pancakes, Malaysia's Teh Tarik and kombucha drinks.

位置絕佳，雖然犧牲掉了公共交通的距離（不行約 10 分鐘到 AvenueK 坐 LRT）但勝在僻靜，和嘈雜的 KLCC 核心區隔了兩個街區，免受其擾。
前台華人小哥、印度裔小哥、馬來大姐混搭，態度都十分友好，因為網上預付款，就免掉了按金。
房間面積不大不小，但有一説一，除了浴缸配置之外，其餘的設施夠不上五星級標準，細節處理方面甚至不如全季 3.0，還是有很多地方破舊。
安排了 14 層的房間，窗外是待開發的舊城街區，早晨禱告的誦經聲會讓人一下子意識到置身於異國。
對了，33 層的泳池 10 點就關掉，要趁早去，不過雖説“無邊”但着實沒有什麼夜景可以拍到。

stayed at Crowne Plaza for my birthday, and the hotel prepared a lovely room decoration and even surprised me with a birthday cake. It really made the stay feel special and memorable.

房間不大，比較安靜，地理位置方便。吃東西比較方便，距離雙子塔近，步行幾分鐘。酒店衞生還可以，走廊有點發潮的味道，房間沒有。早餐還行，房間提供的水不太好喝。
