Good Location, Facilities ok, Cleanliness also good. But bed room door difficult to close.

We were happy to stay at this apartment. It is very clean and conveniently located. The room service was also prompt and attentive to our special requirements. We will definitely choose to stay at this apartment again on our next visit.

This is private host. Parking fees is higher than hotel by Millennium. Stayed hotel by Millennium before, it is much better than this private host, If price not much different, pls book hotel instead to enjoy better room condition and facility. Room Condition is below expectation. Master bedroom bed size is queen size, not king size as per stated in trip.com-cheated Cleanliness need to be improved, towels got stains…etc

The house was spacious with all the amenities we needed. Super satisfied. might stay here again next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed stay exprience. Concierge not well trained and not friendly. We check out earlier and request to store luggage and they request for RM20 charges.Second, the room kettle is dirty and the toilet bulb and heater are not functioning. The room don’t have tooth brush and other kits but I remember the first time i stayed with zenglo unit they ready all of these. Very different experience with last time experience.

Very clean and well equipped. Would have been even better if the bathroom was brighter for makeup applications. Only 1 bathroom which I overlooked when booking so just need to be patient when waiting to use. Many facilities which we didn't manage to use, will use on next trip. Loads of places to eat here. Easy to walk to Sungei Wang, Lot 10 or even Berjaya Times Square.

The location very strategic walking distance to TRX and also PAVILION, the house very clean and my kids love the swimming pool.

Located near Bukit Bintang and easy access to all major shopping malls.
