Great location at Bukit Bintang, just behind Lot 10 shopping mall, surrounded by coffee shops and convenient shop just opposite to the hotel. Person in-charge contacted me in advance to informed what to do upon arrivals and easy to check in and check out. Happy that our room been upgraded, the room is spacious, clean and cozy. I like the room and wil come back again for my next KL trip.

The accommodation was clean, and while the room wasn't huge, it came with an iron and ironing board. Getting around was super convenient from here. I personally really liked it. If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here.

Could not check in at all. The property was unresponsive despite prior notice of late check-in. No assistance, no guidance, unreachable at night. Completely unacceptable service.

Check-in difficult, dont entertain early check-in but refusing way is very disrespecting. They doesnt consider guests as a “ GUEST” or even “CUSTOMER” , behavior is so rude and use fowl language.
