I have just good things to say this accommodation. Centrally located with all facilities available at walking distance. The hotel has a mini supermarket and 7 eleven on the ground floor and few restaurants. Across the road is a mall where you can eat variety of different foods, enjoy coffee and desserts. And shop. The hotel, room itself was cosy, clean with spectacular view of twin towers. The room had all basic facilities, like kettle, microwave, TV, hair dryer, steamer, shampoo and body wash. Roof top free swimming pool is available, which felt like luxury. Service was exceptional, customer service was available and helpful on phone. You can arrange early or late check in with extra fee, luggage storage is also available. I will stay again at the same accomodation if revisit Kuala Lumpur and highly recommend this place to others.

The room and the bathroom are extremely small. The toilet smells like sewage. The swimming pool is overcrowded and the water is not really clean. There is no staff, no reception. The security guard of the building just kept being rude and one of them tried to sell us a taxi when he saw us looking for a Grab, I was also standing in the building waiting for a taxi and the security guard told me I can't stand there while other people were doing it all the time. No coffee, tea or water in the room. The gym allows up to 7 people but all day is full of people, even more than 7. Most gym equipment is broken. Worst hotel experience ever. AVOID.

Everything is fine the best n the swimming pool is awesome view and me also get the Wonder full room with my favorites KLCC view and also KL tower and Menara Merdeka 3 building is perfect can see..But only things is wifi not working so me even can't watch movie inside the room to relax my mind only personal hotspot help me..and also no wash machine inside the room.. But overall me enjoi my day.

My second time staying at this place and it was a very pleasant experience. Not just because of the close distance to public transportation but also the complete facility provided around there. No problem with the check in, it was on time. The room was beautiful as in the photo and the view of klcc. The view at the pool was just magnificent. The room was clean and smell nice except the bathroom at first is a littlebit smelly
