The infinity pool with a view of the Twin Towers is amazing. The hotel is beautiful, and the service is excellent. It's more suitable for families with children. Check-in time is at 3PM, so it's best to plan ypur trip schedule accordingly.

We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience at the hotel due to a serious incident during our checkout. We became trapped in the elevator for nearly an hour, along with children and elderly guests. Although I pressed the emergency signal, we were only instructed to “wait five minutes.” After the time had passed, there was still no assistance. We repeatedly pressed the emergency button, but the response remained the same, with no real action taken. What made the situation even more distressing was the complete absence of any management staff to provide reassurance, updates, or a clear solution. This lack of communication and proper handling of an emergency situation is unacceptable, and it caused significant stress and discomfort for everyone involved. We expect the hotel to take this matter seriously, to review the handling of such emergencies, and to ensure proper procedures and staff training are in place to prevent similar incidents in the future.
