deKing Hotel Twin Towers

Very disappointing experience. We booked two nights, but after our flight was changed, we submitted two date-change requests within the required timeframe. Both requests were rejected. We also contacted Trip.com customer service, but despite our repeated follow-ups, we received no proper assistance. Trip.com eventually refunded us 50% of one night as a goodwill gesture. The worst part was the room itself. We specifically booked a “City View” room, but the only view we had was of a building under demolition/construction. This was absolutely not the city view advertised when we made the reservation and felt very misleading. Between the lack of flexibility, the poor communication and the unacceptable view, this stay did not meet our expectations at all. I recommend checking exactly what “City View” means before booking this hotel.

The hotal was located at the center of klcc. the hotel was the cheapest amongst other hotel around ni. will comeback if i have business around that area. recommended to stay here. easy to look for food. and also it was near to avenue k, it was good to look for anything if forgot to bring.

Comfortable and tidy rooms, area close to tourist attractions and transportation facilities. Hotel close to famous restaurants. Haji Abu SOP Jalan Doraisamy.

I had a wonderful stay here. I could easily walk to get food and go shopping at nearby malls with plenty of shops to choose from, and it was close to several shopping centers. I could even walk to the Twin Towers in just 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, the metro station is super close—just a 10-meter walk right after leaving the hotel, which was extremely convenient.

fishy smelly was enter once enter the room. the smell was in bathroom. tv dont have signal at all. the room is poor cleaning. why not double checking before allow guest entering the room. very2 disappointed
