LOTS OF ISSUES:
1) GOT LOT OF WORMS INSIDE THE BATHROOM! VERY DISGUSTING! I AM NOT EVEN WANT TO STEP MY FOOT INSIDE THS ROOM!
2) PIPE LEAKING BEFORE EVEN USED IT! Right after check in, kids told me that the hose inside bathroom is leaking! After complained,they fix it!
3) NO FREE PARKING PROVIDED FOR ROOM UNIT! ADDITIONAL CHARGED, 4.40MYR/hour. ANOTHER EXTRA CHARGED, I PAID 60MYR FOR 2 DAYS FOR PARKING CARD.
4) ADDITIONAL CHARGED FOR SWIMMING POOL! 20MYR/per entry.
5)STAGNANT WATER INSIDE THE BATHROOM!
6) ITCHY BEDSHEET!
7) I'VE BEEN ADDED TO WHATSAPP GROUP THAT INCLUDE 11 OF THEIR TEAM, BUT LATE RESPONSE. ESPECIALLY WHILE SEARCHING FOR D CAR PARK. ON WHATSAPP GROUP, AFTER ASKING ABOUT THE CAR PARK, THEY DO MENTION CAN PARK AT ANY WHITE BLANK COLOUR ON WALL, BUT NOT MENTIONED ABOUT GREY BLANK COLOUR ON CAR PARK WALL. (This is what they replied: *Can park at any level as long as the reserved tag has NO NUMBER plate on it*) What about reserved tag colour? They not mentioned about that at all!!!! THIS STATEMENT NOT CLEAR! WHICH IS MY BROTHER CALL ME AND ASKING ABOUT THAT. Some of parking lot got white colour with plate number on it!!! OTHERS LOT got grey colour!!! So confusing. If we park without alert on this, our car will get clamped and we will get fined 100myr. STRESS WITH CHECK IN, ADD ANOTHER MORE STRESS SEARCHING FOR AVAILABLE WHITE BLANK COLOUR CAR PARK AND WAITING THEM TO UPDATED. COZ OF LATE REPLY, I DIRECTLY CALL SEVERAL PERSON ON WHATSAPP GROUP. SOME OF THEM NOT EVEN PICK UP THE CALL!!! AT THE SAME TIME, KIDS CALL ABOUT PIPE LEAKING ON BATHROOM!!! SPEECHLESS! ALWAYS NEED TO ASK THEM ONE-BY-ONE. THS KIND OF THINGS, THE BASIC INFORMATION LIKE THS, NO NEED TO WAIT TILL CUSTOMER ASK!!!!!!
8) HALF OF REFUND RECEIVED, BUT I STILL NOT SATISFIED AS THEIR SERVICE SO BADLY MANAGED!
9) DISASTER CHECK IN TIME! BEING INFORMED BY ONE OF THE STAFF THAT HANDLED ME FOR ARRIVING TIME (MR.HAFIZ FROM BANGLADESH) THAT THEY HANDLED LOTS OF GUEST WAITING AT THE LOBBY THAT WANT TO CHECK IN OTHER UNITS IN RUSHING WAY! I AM NOT FINISH TALKING WITH HIM YET, HE ALREADY RUSHING TO THE LIFT!! WHATTTT THE.......!
I ALWAYS TRAVELLING. THS IS THE WORST AND DISASTER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!
DEFINITELY COMPULSORY NOT RECOMMENDED.
FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, AND FOR YOUR EXHAUSTED TIME OF TRAVELLING TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY, NOT EVEN ONE CENTS WORTH IT, ESPECIALLY WITH FAMILY AND KIDS, DO NOT BOOKED HERE, BETTER BOOK AT ANOTHER HOTEL!!!! EVEN A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT THOUSAND TIMES BETTER THAN HERE FOR SURE!!!
3 days before check in, I received an email to whatsApp them. I whatsApp d first given number, they ask me to contact another number. I whatsApp second number, they ask me to contact the 3rd number. I do understand they got team handled ths unit. But this is soo unprofessional guys!!! CRAZY MANAGEMENT!!!
Normally other hotels/apartment management will send you all the details about room, parking, swimming pool informations and the basic information related to the room that we booked. Unfortunately this Vortex KLCC, we need to ask them ONE BY ONE!
SPEECHLESS AND VERY ANNOYED BY HOW THEIR MANAGED AND HANDLED THE CUSTOMERS SINCE FROM CHECKIN TIME!NOT TO MENTIONED 2/3 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN REPLY MANNERS! Pass another and another number!
One of their staff on WhatsApp group ask me to give them a good rating after they talk about rebate!! What the...! Seriously!!!?? How dare ths management of the unit asking ths kind of things while they give me that unit in a disaster condition! Ths is not about rebate, ths is about cleanliness, service and experience that people PAID to use it!PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES!
I HOPE NO ONE WILL BE FACED THE WORST AND DISASTER EXPERIENCE LIKE ME AT VORTEX KLCC!

I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER BOOK AT VORTEX KLCC!
DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY OFFERED ON AMENITIES, MOST OF IT IS ALL EXTRA CHARGED!
