This place is terrible before you book please consider properly！！ First of the Room is Smelly with “Unknown Liquid” on the bed. Blood Stain on the Blanket. Full of animal “cockroach” around the room. Other than that please refer at the photo below. Even change several room but still with cockroach and dirt.

The pool is pretty good, you can get a shot of the Petronas Towers but it's not an infinity pool; there's a glass barrier which limits the view a bit. The apartment's location is excellent, and the view from the window is also nice. I hope they improve the cleanliness, the pillow had a strange smell that was unacceptable... but there's basically no service. Hotels in Malaysia usually have a 3 PM check-in, so I appreciate being allowed to check in an hour early.

I was given unit 30-10 Pros -The location is strategic. The house is clean. The unit is a one room unit. Checking in is complicated but not too difficult. Get parking and a house card from someone on the ground floor and then must go to level 25. There you must secure a deposit 200 and then give instructions about the house and its amenities via whatsapp.The view is magnificent for I ask for the KLCC view. Parking is available. Can walk to KLCC. It has a washing machine, utensils, kettle, and you can cook if u want. Cons- check in is at 3pm but must be out at 11am? Too early I must say...on the unit, sliding door from the main hall to the room is impossible to shut. It's stuck and heavy... Remote control tv is excruciating for it's not original from TV oem. The air conditioner is either not working or too hot. The door uses complicated passcodes and must bring hp all the time I can't remember it. Overall- I like the location. The price is okay. Will book again.

First, the pros: the location is absolutely fantastic. You can see the Petronas Towers right from your room, and it's just a short walk down the lane next to the W Hotel. It's important to note that this is an apartment rental, not a full-service hotel, so if that's an issue for you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. My main complaints are about the cleanliness – it was just okay. The pillows were yellow and smelled off, and the towels reeked. Plus, it wasn't cleaned daily. They also charged us an exorbitant 270 RMB for two extra blankets over two days, which was quite a surprise!

The best location, the best view, the staff let us keep our bags in their storage before and after checks. The only problem was charging phones🤭 there are different shape of plugs. the gym and swimming pool are free, the pool is very clean and view is amazing from there.
