Excellent stay! Every staff member was wonderful and provided exceptional service. The pool was lovely, and breakfast was abundant. Our four-day, three-night trip was absolutely perfect. Sincerely appreciate the service. Thank you, Malaysia!

The basic facilities are complete, and the rooftop pool offers the best view in all of KL, though it's a bit small. The rooftop bar has a great vibe. The pool in the room also has a nice view, but the temperature can't be adjusted. Breakfast mostly consists of Chinese dishes, and the selection is just okay.

The service was excellent, and they handled issues quickly. The scenery and environment are beautiful, with a wide variety of food options. The pool is very clean, and all disposable amenities are provided. The sky observation deck offers great photo opportunities, but it closes too early. I hope the closing time can be extended to 12 AM. The bed was also very clean.

This hotel is great. After getting off the car, a Chinese-speaking staff member provided excellent service; he was very genuine. The room was spacious and quiet, and the in-room swimming pool was nice, though a bit cold when first getting in. There was a Chinese-speaking person at the front desk for check-in, and another slightly chubby English-speaking female receptionist was very polite. The viewing platform on the 51st floor is absolutely beautiful, but the infinity pool closes at 10 PM. It felt like we had just returned from Pavilion and barely had time to enjoy it before it closed. I suggest extending the opening hours, as seeing the Petronas Twin Towers at night really enhances the experience when you're on vacation. There's a place nearby where you can have a drink and a light meal, and the food is quite good, but it seems no one there speaks Chinese. In the evening, on the M or G floor (I forget which, it's where you bring luggage in from the parking area), there were three front desk gentlemen who were all very nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying at The RuMa Hotel & Residences for a day if you're visiting Kuala Lumpur. After all, life is about experiencing good things, and with only about 30,000 days in a lifetime, every happy day counts, haha! 😄

With attentive service and convenient access, it provides an excellent scenic experience, making it a top choice for a luxurious getaway.

AVOID! Do NOT choose Imperial Deluxe Hotel. We found cockroaches in our room two days in a row. The hygiene is seriously concerning. We paid good money and couldn't even get a basic clean and safe place to stay. This severely ruined our travel mood. The experience was terrible, and we are extremely disappointed.
