Overall, an excellent day it was comfortable and everything worked quite well. The height of the building give us a great view of the river and the buildings at night. One thing to note is that the elevators are heavily used there so it can take a while to get up or down so plan your elevator trips with patients Internet worked really good and happy with the comfortable bed. Gym was very clean and cool!

The apartment is very Beautiful and Cozy with a Beautiful City View. It got all the amenities including washing machine and iron and Kitchen

The room was really nice and clean. We loved the building location, it was 10 mins walk till Potronas Twin Towers. Overall the stay was really comfortable, the room had a microwave, electric kettle, dishes and everything that’s needed for short term stay. Also, the view was really nice

So, I’m a Diamond-level customer on Trip and I travel across Asia frequently. I recently arrived from Thailand, where my trip was smooth and enjoyable. Everything was great until I arrived at this hotel. The reception service was simply terrible and disrespectful. It doesn’t feel like you are paying for a service — it feels like you are asking for a favor. That is ridiculous. Imagine a tourist leaving their country to have a good experience somewhere else, only to end up stressed and angry. Even with all these problems, I still tried to extend my stay for one more day because of the location. I contacted the hotel owner at 6 AM, and he only replied at 2 PM. I also noticed that when many guests complain, the hotel just sends messages trying to ease the situation, as if that would solve the problem. But honestly, what really needs improvement is the customer service and the way guests are treated. I’m sure many people book this hotel only because of the location, because once they arrive, the experience is terrible. The cleanliness was also absolutely unacceptable: Stained bed sheets Several cigarette butts Dust all over the room Poorly maintained environment Dirty bathroom in horrible condition Honestly, I would really like to understand how a place in these conditions is still allowed to remain on the platform and how Trip still allows a case like this to stay public and receive guests.
