The room was fantastic, clean and tidy, and being able to watch Netflix was a real treat. The pool on the 47th floor offered unbeatable night views of the Petronas Towers! It's also within walking distance to the Twin Towers.

The location is very central and the room is quite spacious. It has a washing machine and a fridge, and it's a convenient 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. The only minor issue was the inconsistent water temperature, but overall it was a good stay.

Traveling with a friend to Kuala Lumpur, we settled on The Scarlett after comparing several popular serviced apartments. This accommodation was the most pleasant surprise of our entire trip! A Chinese-speaking concierge handled everything, so there were no language barriers. Before arrival, they sent detailed location information and a guide to local attractions and food. Any questions we had after arriving were answered within minutes via a group chat. Check-in at the front desk was simple and fast, with no waiting in line, which gave us a lot of freedom for our itinerary. The location is incredibly convenient for tourists. It's an 8-minute walk directly to the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), and Suria KLCC mall and various trendy restaurants are along the way, meaning no long, hot taxi rides. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store, a Chinese noodle shop, and a bubble tea store – perfect for late-night snacks or drinks. Grab taxis are also readily available. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are the biggest highlight. Natural light floods the entire space during the day, making it very comfortable. The room was meticulously cleaned; there was no dust on the tabletops or in the corners of the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and a refrigerator, great for storing local fruits and ice cream. The independent washer/dryer was perfect for handling dirty clothes from our travels, so we didn't need to pack heavy luggage. The separate wet/dry bathroom had stable hot water. The infinity pool on the 47th floor offers direct views of the Twin Towers, and it has both shallow and deep sections, suitable for both photos and swimming. Additionally, there's a gym with a view and a billiard lounge. When you're tired of one activity, you can switch to a different area to relax. Hotel security is strict; the elevators require card access for specific floors, preventing unauthorized people from going up, which made us feel very safe.

The surrounding area has mature and comprehensive amenities, with Chinese restaurants, coffee shops, and 24-hour convenience stores right downstairs. You can easily find Chinese food and local delicacies, perfectly suiting Chinese palates. The Chinese-speaking lady (at the front desk/staff member) sent me many food guides, and none of them disappointed, which was great. It's also close to public transport, and Grab taxis are readily available, making it easy to get to Alor Street Night Market. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with an open view and excellent natural light. The scenery outside was quite impressive. The infinity pool on the 47th floor (a popular spot) offers an unbeatable view and was very clean; swimming and enjoying the breeze during the day were delightful. After checking out, I left something in the room, and they promptly informed me, which I really appreciate. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance!

After checking in, a Chinese-speaking butler sent me a guide with many recommended eateries. I picked one at random, and it was fantastic – absolutely no regrets. Getting a Grab to various shopping areas was also super easy. The room was much more spacious than I expected, and it was spotlessly clean. Even the corners of the bathroom were meticulously cleaned, which is a big plus. It came with a full kitchen, including an induction hob, oven, water dispenser, and kettle. There was also a washing machine with a quick-dry function, so I didn't have to worry about laundry while traveling. The bedding was excellent – I even considered asking the butler for a link to the pillows because they were so comfortable. The floor-toceiling windows provided fantastic natural light, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong. The overall experience was top-notch. You absolutely must visit the infinity pool on the top floor. You get a view of the Petronas Towers, and every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine – perfect for showing off to friends. The pool clearly gets regular maintenance, as the water was very clean. There's also a gym available, but we weren't interested in that, though others might enjoy it. The biggest highlight was definitely the Chinese-speaking butler. Communication was seamless with no language barrier, and they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The building's security was also excellent; you needed a card to enter and exit, which made me feel very safe. I'll definitely be back!

Taking a Grab taxi means short waiting times, so getting around is efficient. The room features large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive views and panoramic cityscapes. It comes with basic kitchenware and a washer-dryer combo, which is very convenient. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and toiletries are well-stocked, with all basic necessities provided. The apartment's overall amenities are a major highlight. The infinity pool on the 47th floor offers direct views of the Twin Towers, perfect for stunning photos both during the day and at sunset. There's also a gym with a view. The complex has 24-hour security, and you need a key card to access your floor, providing a great sense of security. After booking, the management added me on WeChat and sent all check-in details, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. Any questions I had were answered promptly. This hotel offers outstanding value for money and is suitable for both couples and friends traveling together. Highly recommended!
