A perfect place to stop over in KL - huge apartments with all the modern conveniences. We had the 2 bed apartment and it had 2 fully equipped bathrooms with toilets. There was a kitchen and microwave too if we needed to heat food. The apartments are clean, modern and have great views over the city. The infinity pool on the upper floor was also very clean and handy as was the gym. My kids enjoyed a good swim in the hot weather. I find managed apartments a very convenient way to stay in KL as there are so many food and beverage providers nearby and you are free to explore. You can also order food via the grab app and they will come and leave it at reception l. I did this for breakfast every day and the food arrived piping hot. I was a little bit concerned about the deposit as other people have complained about not receiving their money back. I raised this with the receptionist but she said they have a new system and there is now always someone at reception. This turned out to be completely true as our flight was at 6:00 a.m. and I was at reception at 3 a.m. to collect my deposit. The person simply took the same cash (UK pounds) that I gave, which was stored in their folder and handed it back to me. Very quick and no complications.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. I tried calling, but no one answered. After waiting for over 30 minutes, a staff member finally showed up and claimed they were in the restroom. There was no apology; instead, they acted quite arrogant. The room was also far from clean. The only saving grace was the security guard, who did his absolute best to help me out. I am truly grateful to him
