good location, room quite new building..easy to go trx paviluon by walking distance 10minute

From Hong Kong stay 9 nights it feels very fast, find a clean, spacious, and comfortable room to spend time with my husband. I recommend this agile suite to stay with your partner.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The property is very clean, quiet, and beautifully designed, giving a comfortable “home-like” feeling. The suite was spacious and fully equipped with everything needed, including a complete kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Every detail was well-organized and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient and close to everything, adding even more value to the experience. Overall, one of the best places to stay, especially for those looking for comfort, privacy, and a more relaxed alternative to traditional hotels. I would definitely stay here again

Everything was great, communication was very helpful and the place was very clean and well maintained. We found the location to be ideal for our 3 day stay. We would highly recommend this place and would come back if we visit Kuala Lumpur in the future.

I found moulds on one of the pillows on my bed. The pillow cover was not checked/changed before alotting the room to the guest. I informed the caretaker about it at the time of checkout.

Attentive staff, prompt reply and helpful. Location good, swimming pool good, unit good. Just a bit hassle if go by car, the condo management should implement a more convenient way for visitors to register, for eg using qr code, no need to call and wait at road side. But overall good

The room was very clean. The only issue was that the housekeeper didn't speak Chinese, so communication had to be done through an app. The value for money was excellent, and they even allowed us to check in early. I still recommend it.

Seriously, what kind of terrible host does this? On our second day, while we were out exploring, they suddenly called us back to pack up our belongings and switch rooms. They didn't mention a word about it when we checked in. When we said we couldn't make it back right away, they started guilt-tripping us and expected us to move our own luggage to the new room. My goodness, I would never stay here again! Our entire itinerary was ruined. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs; it's really bad. There are so many better guesthouses at the same price point, don't pick this one.

Great convenient location and clean apartment at reasonable price

I recently stayed at this serviced apartment in Kuala Lumpur with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service from the staff was truly outstanding — the team was responsible, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The location is also a big plus. It’s central and makes it very easy to reach all the main attractions and shopping areas in KL. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. We will definitely choose it again on our next trip!

Clean and comfortable stay. Good location and food options near by. Fast reliable WiFi. Usable gym and pool. Only negative is long wait times for lifts in the block.
