1. First impression from the receptionist at the counter was worst ever and no welcoming at all.
2. Better to hire a robot as receptionist instead a human being.
3. Stated at the trip.com is a 4-star hotel.
4. The bedsheet all yellow stains, complaint to housekeeping & FO, according to them is clear as just came back from laundry. For me is totally unacceptable for a normal hotel to have bedsheet with all stains.
5. Overrated as a 4-star hotel, without the level of service & standards is really not up to the 4-star standards.
6. The staffs, no magic words & courteous and not trained as hotel standards, looks like they are all foreign worker from India.
7. TV channels 4-5 local channels ONLY and bad reception signal cannot watch, not acceptable at all.
8. Room size is like a budget hotel not a 4-star hotel not up to expectations.
9. The Cup 2 different type like purchase from KK supermarket with stains.
10. Bathroom towels not up to 4-star standards worn out & dirty and really poor quality.
11. During peak hours of check-in & out around 12-2pm, lift under maintenance service, this is ridiculous during these hours.
12. Never recommend any contact to stay in this hotel.
13. My room 3011 but the lift button is level 2, so confusing on the floor.
14. Painting & construction still happening on the floors with any security measure as foreigners' workers on the floor this is dangerous for hotel guests.
15. Check-in at 12.30pm & checkout on the same day 7.30pm and moved to another hotel.
16. Immediate action needs to be taken by the Management based on my feedback.
