Excellent value for money, cheap and affordable. The only downside is they only provide one slipper, so you'll need to bring an extra pair. The soundproofing isn't the best, but otherwise, everything else is good. Great value for money overall.

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, worse than even a domestic guesthouse. It's incredibly dirty, the hotel itself is tiny, and the hallways are extremely narrow. Even funnier, if you don't specifically ask, they won't clean your room. There's no complimentary bottled water daily; you have to go to the front desk to get it, which is ridiculous. After sleeping one night, I woke up to find mold spots all over the duvet – I nearly threw up. I would never, ever stay in a hotel that doesn't clean rooms daily again. During breakfast, I went back to my room to grab something and specifically told the staff not to clear my table as I was coming back. But when I returned, they had already cleared my plate! What kind of hotel is this? They have absolutely no service etiquette; it feels like they just want guests to leave as soon as possible. Checking out at noon today, the male receptionist at the front desk was even worse. He was incredibly impatient and rude when I asked a few questions, completely unreasonable. I told him I was very dissatisfied with their hotel, and with someone else waiting to check in, he just told me, 'you go.' Haha, what a bizarre hotel and bizarre front desk! Staying at this hotel means you've hit rock bottom luck.

This is a nice hotel. It's rooms weren't that spacious but has all the amenities. Clean room and bathroom, they just need to work on their wifi and the TV isn't working well. They also have good buffet breakfast for MYR 12. The location is very convenient too, it is just accross Pudu Sentral Bus Station and in the middle of all tourist locations, Jalan Alor, Petaling and many more. Overall this is a great hotel with affordable price.

The guest room is satisfactory; however, there is an unpleasant odor in the bathroom that needs to be addressed by the housekeeping department. Overall service is acceptable. Additionally, I observed that the elevator requires upgrading and proper maintenance.

The hotel was quite good; we were able to check in early, and the charges were clearly stated. The breakfast was excellent, with fruits, salads, eggs, and bread – a big thumbs up! 👍 The front desk staff couldn't speak Chinese, but English communication was fine. Early check-in costs 10 MYR per hour, which is good to know. After check-out, the hotel sent an email to confirm our details and thank us for choosing them, which was very convenient. The hotel is just a ten-minute walk from Petaling Street. It reminds me a bit of Chengdu's Lotus Pond (a wholesale market), where outsiders might easily get overcharged. There are many snack bars and fast-food places nearby; a meal costs around 15 MYR for less or over 20 MYR for more, which honestly isn't particularly cheap.

The front desk staff had a good sense of humor, and the room was odor-free. The location is quite central, right in the heart of the city, though it's a bit far from Batu Caves, the Pink Mosque, and the international airport, so it's a good idea to plan your route in advance.

Excellent location near shopping, The bus station to the airport was opposite. Comfy beds and friendly staff Aircon wasn't working properly in our room, so we changed rooms. Bathroom a bit tired, but ok. Breakfast was a few choices. Ok for the price. Overall a good budget hotel

Great location, in walking distance to MRT and LRT stations. The bathroom also ok but washbasin was quite small, a little uncomfortable. When we checkin the room there was no hairdryer but the receptionist assisted us with one. Overall a nice experience and good for its price range.
