DO NOT be fooled by the 9.3 rating on Trip.com.
The host manipulates their score by charging 30 MYR for luggage storage, but offering it FREE if you leave a 5-star review.
Fake Decor: The interior looks nothing like the listing photos. Complete misrepresentation.
Airbnb-Style & No Reception: No front desk. You must text someone and wait ages to check in/out. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to check out.
Terrible Lifts: The tower has only 3 elevators for all short-term guests. Morning checkout queue takes up to 30 minutes.
Unbearable Cigarette Smoke: Listed as non-smoking, but reeked intensely of stale cigarette smoke that aircon and fans couldn't clear.
Filthy & Pests: Found a baby cockroach on the table, mold inside toothbrush cups, stained bathroom, hair on the floor, and dirty linens.
I refused to stay for my second night and booked elsewhere out-of-pocket. Avoid this filthy, deceptive place!

Great location, with dining, shopping, and entertainment all easily accessible. The room features a minimalist and elegant decor, and is spotlessly clean. Enjoying the city views was such a relaxing and pleasant experience!
The rooftop infinity pool offers a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers at night!

The balcony offers a stunning night view of the Petronas Twin Towers – perfect for photos. The room is clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and there's a pool for relaxation. They offer Chinese-speaking service, so communication is seamless, which is very friendly for foreign tourists. Free parking is also a practical bonus. Overall, I was quite satisfied. My only minor complaint is that the elevators were a bit of a hassle. You had to select your floor on a screen, and sometimes even after pressing it, the floor wouldn't show up on the display.
